My husband and I had an appointment at 7pm, we went in, had all of our paperwork, the receptionist was super nice. We explained to her that my husband has an ITIN number and she was helping us file, until some guy name Micheal came out, didn’t greet us and just asked the receptionist “what do we have here”, the receptionist told him our situation and he went back to his office, called her in and my husband and I overheard him telling her, “Tell them that we can’t see them, tell them that our systems went down”. My husband and I felt discriminated. We left and never plan on going back.
