Hello my name is Josh and I filed taxes with Homer Wilson and Co and ended up having to wait three to four weeks for them to print out my taxes because “they were having software issues”. I ended up doing my taxes elsewhere and getting more back and having them done cheaper. However they are still sending me bills for there services even though they never even filed for my taxes. When I call to resolve the issue they tell me that I am completely confused. I am in fact not confused. I remember 100% Ray calling me and telling me they couldn’t print my taxes because I was very upset that I would have to find another place to do them and find the time in my busy schedule to find and file elsewhere. Now I’m basically stuck paying them or facing a collections account on my 700+ credit score. Very Unhappy to say the least.
We have been going to Ray for 10 years and he is fantastic.
