I've been using H&R Block for many years. I've never had an issue, the tax preparers I've used are extremely capable and efficient. Also, pleasant to work with.
The uploading of documents was painless. I was informed immediately if more information was required. My emails were answered in a timely manner and John was able to get me a tax refund twice what I was expecting.
I've been a longtime customer with H and R Block. This year unfortunately I faced HORRIBLE experience work with Tax pro Patrick Dubreuil in 150 Broad st ,Nashua NH office. As usual, I was sharing my tax information with him suddenly I noticed -middle of our conversation he log off my return and ask me to leave because he has another appointment. Whoops, it’s not professional behavior! I felt totally humiliated, insulted. As a customer my request to the respective department of H & R Block to review this matter. Customers should be treated with respect, not humiliated. I will never, ever use their service again. I would never recommend H&R block to anyone!
I was treated very good and enjoyed the people working there. My situation was well taken care of and didn't take much time. I certainly will be back next year and already made my appointment.
I'm newly self-employed and was so confused about how to file this year because of it. Anne was so incredibly helpful and showed me step by step how I would file from now on, and I can't thank her enough. The whole process was quick and painless, and I will definitely be back next year.
