The forgot to add in a w2 for my 2023 return. Now I owe over 6k to state and fed. Peace of mind wont help me because i signed off on it. Thats what i get for trusting “tax pros” i guess.
They are very professional and made my experience enjoyable
I love my tax girls at hr block..they've been super nice and have taken good care of my taxes for almost 30 years...but at nearly 500 bucks for a simple individual tax return prep hrblock is pricing me out...it's far too much $$!! And that's a real shame
I love the staff and services, but the price is just outrageous. I used to need your expertice when I had a K1 form to file, but now that it's just the 1099, W2, and health insurance, $350 is insane to charge your customers. I was there less than an hour.
My worker Lynn is great made it quick and painless, Very happy with the outcome today
Lynn zito did a great job. Lynn zito should be promoted. She goes above and beyond doing everyone's taxes as complicated as they can all be. Plus she is the fastest I've ever seen. It would be a dark day for the IRS should Lynn gain employment elsewhere. Like I said she goes above and beyond. She lives and breathes number and mathematical formula. Look no further if your taxes are complicated for any reason. This is your go to woman. The receptionist at the front counter Laura was just as helpful as well. That phone was going off every few minutes and she answered all calls. And was able to multitask efficiently and effectively. I give this location 6 out of 5 stars. I'm used to disappointment and excuses so that's what I always expect 24/7, 365 days a year and then some! Surprisingly. For once I did not get as some would say my favorite thing! Disappointment! Which is a good thing!
Mr Wayne Law our preparer is outstanding and our experiences with him over the past couple of years has been very pleasant. Hope he is with you for many more years.
