BEST customer service! I appreciated Natasha from the moment I walked into the office. She made me feel at ease & explained to me the process of how they would prepare my different individual tax strategy . She gave me her card with a number to text, and said text me anytime. I sure did! I asked my questions, received quick responses & answers I needed to greatly reduce the tax season anxieties! Uploading documents to the very user friendly portal was great and easy to do, I filed everything electronically. Couldn’t have chosen a better firm than CMA-CPA!
