Excellent, accurate service. I like the peace of mind knowing's that my taxes are done correctly.
It was a fast an easy appointment to get my taxes done, also when I had trouble understanding something Scott explained it to me in a way that I understood. The only thing that was a pain in the butt is the parking I thought h&r block was closed and almost went somewhere else.
I only intended to drop off my tax return but asked if Scott was available and he was able to accommodate me on the spot. My taxes were done quickly and efficiently. I love working with Scott

Just got my tax returns done here. Brad who helped me out was wonderful and delightful to have worked with me. He answered all of my questions professionally and did an overall great and outstanding job. As I understand that this was a seasonal job. If you're going to re-draft anyone, he should be one of the first and if he chooses to accept, have him become a trainer. Perhaps, make him a permanent employee with a supervisor role.
